At the request of the fledgling Chinese American Rally 11.9 Protesters Group, we hereby publish their position statement about inaccurately reported "acceptance" of ABC "apology".

There were unconfirmed media report quoting "U.S. China Press" of an
individual(s) representing "USA 11.9 ABC Protesting Insult-of-China Speech
Committee" accepted a so called apology from ABC. We hereby clarify that
this report is inaccurate.

Any individual who released such statement is neither authorized or
representing any of the Chinese American Protester Groups participated in
Rally 119. The representatives from participating cities have declared
support for the "Denouncing the insincere apologies from Disney/ABC and
Calling All Chinese American to Boycott Disney Immediately" on November
10th, 2013. The Chinese American Protesters groups released a Statement and
Petition "Petitioning Chinese Americans Against Jimmy Kimmel Show 'Killing
Everyone in China' Hate Speech" at

This is a position statement of Chinese Americans staged the "Rights to
Live" rally on November 9th, 2013. It shall not be confused with positions
of any government. Rally 119 is the Civil Rights movement against the Jimmy
Kimmel Show Hate Speech that resulted intensified racial hatred incidents
and national wide protests by grassroots Chinese Americans in U.S.A. Rally
119 is not connected to any government. Nor is Rally 119 contacted or aware
of anything related to the above mentioned inaccurate media report.
