Since Jimmy Kimmel and Disney/ABC enjoys entertainment. One of us volunteered the initial draft for Jimmy Kimmel show demanding letter to entertain Disney.
End of “Kids Table” is not our ultimate goal. We champion Free Speech and we believe there is a line between Free Speech and Hate Speech, especially the speech that incites Hate Crime against minorities in the disguise of Free Speech.
a. Disney/ABC and a Congressional Special Committee needs to investigate what went wrong systematically in Disney in this incidents and whether there were deliberate lies, cover-ups or perjury in Disney/ABC’s apology or conflicting explanations. Disney/ABC and Congressional Special Committee should publish the recommended disciplinary and corrective actions.
b. Jimmy Kimmel and his team’s shows should be be indefinitely suspended. Whether they can resume performance or will be terminated should depend on results of above demanded investigation. It is up to Mr. Jimmy Kimmel and Disney/ABC to cooperate and help accomplishing the investigation swiftly.
c. We want Disney to devote the budget and talent to produce a series of 20/20 programs in explaining the mutual benefit between the United States / China economic and political partnership. Even Defense Secretary Leon Panetta called China’s ownership of U.S. debt non-problematic and non-threatening. Any suggestion of China Threat is fabricated myth without any knowledge of China’s past or current economic and political trajectory. These educational shows shall be placed into public domain to facilitate educational access.
d. We want Disney to devote 5% of its profit derived from Chinese sources to support this program, continued education and Chinese-American cultural exchange. This shall continue till independent survey in United States showed that more than 80% of the voting and pre-voting population in United States have been reached and understands the facts.
e. We want Disney to devote 1% of its profit in United States for 20 years to support Chinese culture exchange and Chinese language education in the united states.
